Our
Cabernet is 100% Estate grown on our terraced hillside vineyards.
Our two major soil types are well-drained "tufa" volcanic
ash and Aiken. It's a relatively cool location. It faces southwest
for the most part and is usually above the fog, so it gets great
exposure.
Our
Cabernet clones are #15 and #337, from France, which produce wines
of great depth and complexity. |
